Role Description
We are seeking a Finance Recruiter to join our team in North Miami Beach, FL. This full-time role requires a combination of in-office presence and attending various networking events to build rapport with the community. The Finance Recruiter will drive recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent in the finance field. Primary responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for the Financial Advisor role, managing the hiring process, and collaborating with the leadership team to identify business needs. The role also involves building and maintaining a strong network of candidates, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talent
- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles relevant to financial advisory and consulting roles
- Strong skills in relationship building, networking, and client management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced enviroment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in the financial services industry or familiarity with financial advisory practices is a plus
