Job Summary
The responsibility of the Contract, License & Registration (CLR) Coordinator is to assist the Gross Network Office in the contracting and licensing of financial representatives and associates. This individual will work with the CLR Director to help execute, communicate, organize, and track progress of all new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Using internal and home office systems to administer, track and follow up on requirements for contracting and licensing for all new hires
- Liaison between candidates, home office and the leadership teams throughout the entire contracting & licensing process
- Maintain and update spreadsheets & tracking mechanisms
- Aid in the resolution of technical problems within CLR systems
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Center team on newly added team members execute new hire training on licensing procedures
- Collaborate with home office, Background service (BIG), vendors and states
- Resolve discrepancies found on inspection reports, flag findings and submit documentation as requested
- Assist the Network Office team on projects or duties as needed or desired
- Provide support and back up to the CLR Director
Minimum Job Requirements
- Obtain Life and Health license within 60 days of employment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to work professionally
- Proven ability to independently set schedules and handle multiple priority assignments within deadlines and guidelines
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Trustworthy with a high level of confidentiality specifically with sensitive information
- Capacity to multitask
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft systems (outlook & excel)
