Campus Recruiter

The Campus Recruiter leads college recruiting efforts for the Network Office, partnering with leadership to attract, interview, and hire internship and full-time financial representative candidates. This role develops campus recruiting strategies, builds university relationships, and manages candidates through the recruitment and selection process to achieve internship and conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute campus recruiting plans to meet hiring and activity goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, faculty, student organizations, and other campus influencers.
• Represent Northwestern Mutual at career fairs, campus presentations, and recruiting events.
• Review resumes, conduct screening interviews, and guide candidates through the selection process.
• Track recruiting activities, maintain candidate databases, and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance internship programs and campus recruiting initiatives.
• Manage recruiting materials, campus marketing, and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or sales
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday.
• Starting salary: $55,000 per year.
