We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to help grow our college recruiting program and develop the next generation of financial representatives.
This role will focus on sourcing high-potential college students, building university relationships, improving the conversion of interns into full-time financial representatives, and helping lead the overall success of our campus program.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage high-potential college students through campus partnerships, career fairs, student organizations, athletics, and networking.
- Full-Time Conversion: Develop strategies to improve intern engagement, retention, and conversion into full-time financial representative opportunities.
- Program Leadership: Help lead, execute, and measure campus recruiting initiatives that drive consistent program growth and success.
- Relationship Development: Build relationships with universities, student leaders, and campus organizations to strengthen our recruiting pipeline.
- Leadership Growth: Collaborate with experienced leaders, mentor emerging talent, and take on increasing responsibility as the program expands.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
