Key Responsibilities:
- Teach high school-level mathematics in a small classroom setting, managing daily instruction and promoting positive classroom behavior.
- Contribute to a positive school culture and help students meet both academic and personal growth goals
- Develop and implement lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and projects that align with academic standards while remaining responsive to student interests and learning levels.
- Adapt instruction and materials to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with IEPs or behavioral support plans.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of academic progress and classroom updates.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including special educators, behavior consultants, and administrators to ensure individualized support for each student

Hiring rate is based on experience, education, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined in accordance with NCSS policy and applicable laws.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Math, Math Education, or a closely related field preferred.
Valid teaching license or certification in secondary science – or licensure eligibility.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
