The Adult Home and Community-Based Programming at Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is looking for a strong team player to provide supported employment services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with their employment search and job development.
- Developing collaborative relationships with area employers and local community partners to ensure future placements.
- Delivering recovery-oriented employment services in community-based settings.
- Seeking out area employers while maintaining strong customer relations.

Hiring rate is based on experience, education, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined in accordance with NCSS policy and applicable laws.
Qualifications:Associate’s Degree; or equivalent combination of related education, training and experience such as relevant certificate from college or technical school.
