Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate team member to support adolescents in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties as they transition to adulthood. In this role, you’ll provide clinical mental health case management services that encourage positive youth development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding youth in career exploration and educational goals
- Building leadership and life skills
- Assisting with housing navigation and connecting to community supports
- Promoting resiliency and healthy decision-making
We are looking for someone who is:
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and strength-based in their approach
- Knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about mental health and substance use
- Self-motivated and organized to balance independent work with teamwork
- Flexible with scheduling, including occasional evenings or weekends
