Job Description:
The Trust Associate will perform a wide variety of tasks related to the administration of fiduciary accounts at the direction of their assigned Trust Officer. Successful candidates for this role will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, robust technological and communication skills, enjoy seeking out new information and synthesizing findings, excellent time management, a focus on attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality and treat colleagues and clients with respect, and an interest in developing collaborative relationships.
Primary responsibilities will include:
· Providing daily administrative support to Trust Officers,
- Inputting client bills and invoices for payment,
· Communicating with clients, professional advisors, and vendors,
- Preparing reports and memos,
· Drafting communications, presentations, and reports,
· Completing forms, applications, and other documents,
· Researching and summarizing various topics as requested,
· Provide calendaring and meeting support,
· Special projects as needed,
· Using CRM system to track and complete account related tasks, and
· Managing fiduciary risk; following policies and procedures
Required:
- At least two years’ customer service experience in a professional setting.
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree
- Knowledge of trusts and estates
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel and Outlook
