We are seeking a ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale solutions supporting transaction disputes, onboarding, and operational case management.This is a hands-on architecture role. You will be responsible for solution design, implementation strategy, and translating business operations into scalable ServiceNow workflows.What You'll Do:Architect and implement ServiceNow FSO and CSM solutionsDesign solutions using the Financial Services Data ModelLead requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical architectureConfigure and customize ServiceNow applications and workflowsDevelop and review Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and integrationsGuide Agile sprint planning, demos, and solution deliveryDesign dispute management, payment operations, and customer lifecycle workflowsSupport implementation, testing, and production deploymentWork closely with business stakeholders, developers, and analystsDocument architecture and solution designProvide troubleshooting and platform guidanceRequired Experience:10 years of ServiceNow experienceExperience with Financial Services Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM)Architecture or technical solution design experienceExperience with the Financial Services Data ModelStrong ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIsHands-on experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI componentsExperience working within Agile environmentsPreferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)Experience implementing dispute management or financial case workflowsKnowledge of CSDM and CMDB architectureITIL or service management framework knowledgeExperience in banking, insurance, or payment operations environmentsTechnical Skills:ServiceNow platform architectureJavaScript, HTML, CSS, XMLREST and SOAP Web ServicesIntegration Hub and APIsWorkflow automation and case managementEnterprise data modelingIdeal BackgroundCandidates who have implemented ServiceNow as an operational platform — not only ITSM — will be especially relevant.
