We are partnering with a market-leading energy technology organization undergoing rapid expansion and investing heavily in next-generation manufacturing capabilities.
This is not a maintenance role—this is a build-and-scale leadership opportunity.
You will step into a new facility environment with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain performance, driving execution across planning, purchasing, materials, and inventory while shaping how the operation runs for years to come.

What You'll Own:- Full plant-level supply chain leadership (planning, purchasing, materials, inventory, shipping/receiving)
- Delivery of 100% on-time performance, inventory accuracy, and schedule attainment
- Alignment of supply chain production execution for maximum throughput and cost efficiency
- Implementation of best-in-class processes across:
- SIOP / planning execution
- PFEP, ABC analysis, and inventory strategy
- MRP, VMI, consignment, pull systems
- Supplier performance optimization in partnership with global sourcing teams
- Ownership of working capital, cost, and supply continuity
- Leadership and development of a multi-layer team (managers analysts)
- Acting as a SAP/ERP power user and operational change driver
- New facility new production lines — shape the operation from the ground up
- High visibility leadership role with full accountability across the plant
- True end-to-end ownership (not siloed—this is the whole supply chain)

- 7 years of progressive supply chain leadership in manufacturing environments
- Experience operating in built-to-order, high-mix or complex production settings
- Strong expertise across:
- Inventory optimization (PFEP, ABC, replenishment strategies)
- Planning & SIOP execution
- Supplier performance and procurement strategy
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional partners, and drive change
- ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capability
- You've led supply chain inside a plant or production environment
- You're as comfortable on the floor as you are in strategy discussions
- You bring structure, accountability, and follow-through
- You don't wait—you move operations forward
- On-site role in Beaver Dam, WI
