Description
Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Staff Accountant at our central hub Eagan, MN. This person processes accounts payable, cash balancing, bank reconciliation and assists with all other Accounting functions.

A Day in the Life:
- Process Accounts Payable
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- File monthly sales tax
- Month end/year end closing
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Process deposits weekly
- Analysis of monthly financial statements
- Monitor bank accounts for fraud
- Reconciliation of credit card programs
- Annual report filings
- U.S census filings
- Tracking of fixed and vendor contracts
- Manage vehicle registrations
- Open and distribute all daily incoming mail; postage and send out all daily outgoing mail.
Qualifications

- Will have a degree in accounting
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to speak and communicate with professionalism and courtesy; ability to read and interpret documents such as instructions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel
