Our medical group comprises board-certified physicians across 50 specialties.

We invite applications for physicians to join our Hospital Medicine team in Portland, OR. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care with sensitivity and understanding for hospitalized patients and their families, seeking to ensure that patients are satisfied with the information and explanations provided regarding their care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff, providing a mix of daytime and swing shifts to meet the demands for our patients. This is a full-time opportunity. You will work at both the Kaiser Sunnyside and Westside Medical Center.

What You Can Expect:

• 1.0 FTE strongly preferred, but 0.9 FTE (prorated compensation) schedule may be available.

Minimum Requirements:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Flexibility to work a blended schedule of days and swings

The annual salary for this position is $268,800 to $305,400 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
