Orthopaedic Surgeon - Musculoskeletal Oncology

Overview

We are seeking an Orthopaedic Surgeon with sub-specialty fellowship training in musculoskeletal oncology to join our team. Our musculoskeletal oncologist will enjoy state-of-the-art facilities:

• Kaiser Westside Medical Center –  one of the highest volume centers for hip and knee replacement surgery in the pacific northwest.
• Sunnyside Medical Center – a new hospital tower is under construction for 2029 with new OR suites and equipment.  
• Interstate Medical Center – a new radiation oncology center to offer the best care for our cancer patients.

In addition to state of the art facilities, our partner will join a multi-disciplinary oncology team and a group of 39 surgeons and 26 Affiliated Clinicians specializing in all fields of Orthopaedic Surgery.

What You Can Expect:

• Compensation that includes base salary with volume and value incentives
• General call that is approximately 1 in 8, and does not include spine
• Full integration of electronic medical records, established care pathways

• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
• .90  FTE 
• 4 day work week with guaranteed 1 day off every week

Minimum Requirements:

• American board certfied or eligible in Orthopaedics
• Musculoskeletal oncology fellowship completion

The annual salary for this position is $475,500 - $576,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degr ees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
