This role focuses on leading application services delivery, managing teams, and driving strategic technology initiatives that align with business goals.
What YOU will do
• Lead and manage application services portfolios, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise IT solutions
• Oversee planning, estimation, budgeting, and execution of projects and initiatives
• Allocate resources effectively across projects, maintenance, and support activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and expected outcomes
• Drive strategic initiatives and support enterprise transformation efforts
• Lead project teams using established project management methodologies
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with expectations
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes
• Communicate project and portfolio status to stakeholders and leadership
• Contribute to continuous improvement of software delivery processes and lifecycle practices
• Support development of strategic IT roadmap and associated budget planning
• Manage prioritization of incoming work and resolve delivery challenges
What YOU will bring us
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
• Experience in software development and application services environments
• Strong leadership experience managing technical teams and resources
