What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service, preferably in a medical office setting
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with eCW (preferred)
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients and visitors at NWN with a warm, friendly smile and a helpful attitude
- Provide patients with the necessary paperwork and offer assistance as needed
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances
- Verify and update demographic information, ensuring accuracy in the eClinicalWorks
- Ensure all required paperwork is collected
- Maintain a clean and organized waiting area
