As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive, specialized care to patients with life-threatening conditions. You will assess, monitor, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition while ensuring dignity, compassion, and clear communication at every step of the care journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level nursing care to critically ill adult patients.
- Monitor and interpret vital signs and complex clinical data (e.g., cardiac rhythms, ventilator settings).
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform procedures within RN scope.
- Coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare team members.
- Document assessments, interventions, and responses in the EMR accurately and promptly.
- Respond to emergency situations with speed and precision, including code blue events.
- Provide support and education to patients and families in high-stress situations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required).
- Licensure: Current Mississippi RN Licensure or Compact Licensure in good standing.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; CCRN preferred (or encouraged after hire)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
