Primary Purpose:
The HOPES Grant Supervisor is responsible for the overall management, oversight, and compliance of the Healthy Outcomes through Prevention and Early Support grant-funded program. This role ensures the successful implementation of all program components in alignment with the grant’s goals, objectives, and regulations. The Supervisor provides leadership in program planning, staff supervision, performance monitoring, data management, outreach and recruitment, budget oversight, and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social work, Health and Human Services, Psychology, Family Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in family services, program management with grant-funded programs preferred.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of program evaluation, data analysis, and reporting practices.
- Knowledge of grant compliance and budget management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience working in human services, education, or community development sectors.
- Familiarity with federal and state reporting systems and online grant management platforms.
- Strong understanding of child development, community resources, and family engagement best practices.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure the program operates in full compliance with all federal, state, local, and grantor requirements.
- Monitor the implementation of program activities, ensuring fidelity to the approved grant work plan and timelines.
- Supervise, train, and support program staff to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional growth.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and staff development opportunities.
- Provide coaching and technical assistance to team members to meet program targets and quality standards.
- Oversee data collection, entry, and analysis to track progress toward program objectives and outcomes.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to funders, internal leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Use data to guide continuous improvement, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for outreach and recruitment to meet enrollment goals and community engagement benchmarks.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Represent the program at public meetings, community events, and professional forums.
- Monitor program expenditures and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and recordkeeping of all financial activities for compliance and audit readiness.
