Northwest Habilition Services is seeking a full-time candidate for the Assistant Program Manager Postion.
Salary: $53,040 per year (25.50/hour)
Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5pm
Hybrid: Field/Office
Essential Responsibilities:
- Orientation and training for new DSS Employees
- Preperation of new clients to work with DSS Staff
- Maintain Progress notes for clients
- Oversee Hub Leads to ensure goals are met
- Quarterly check-ins and general support of field staff
Responsibilites in conjunction with the Program Manager:
- Update and maintain client tasks
- Narrative Audits
- Creation of and maintaing client support plans
- Client intakes
- Assist scheduling by addressing missing time records from employees
- CMHP communication
Requirements:
- 18 years
- High school Diploma/GED
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Clean driving record
- Industry experience preferred
