Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized part-time Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations by providing administrative support, managing front desk activities, and assisting with various clerical tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position is to help with the busiest part of the day. The position is flexible and we are willing to work around schedules as needed when possible. Primarily looking for about 3 days a week 4 hours a day. 9am-1pm is the preferred schedule Tuesday-Thursday.

Duties
- Phone calls- This position will be heavily phone based. Experience with phone calls and proper phone etiquette and absolute must.
- Walk in clients - greeting and helping walk in clients.
- Assisting the office manager with any and all office related tasks as needed.
- Keeping an upbeat attitude and work environment!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
