Description:
We are seeking a full time Operations Assistant in a busy Audio Visual Production Company Warehouse. This position reports to the Operations Manager and primary roles include deliveries and pickups using company trucks, inventory management, quality control, record keeping, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Pull, scan, and prepare equipment for events using PC based inventory management software.
· Check equipment back into inventory after events and report any damage or missing items.
· Perform basic testing and QC of rental equipment.
· Deliver and pick up equipment driving company Box Trucks.
· Handle shipping and receiving, process returns, and update inventory records.
· Load and unload equipment from trucks.
· Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
· Help with equipment setup, asset tagging, and data entry.
· Communicate with team members, venues and drivers about schedules and orders.
· Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements:
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Basic computer skills; experience with inventory software is a plus.
· Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
· Professional communication skills.
· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move equipment safely.
· Knowledge of Audio, Video, and Lighting equipment is preferred.
· Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed.

Pay Rate:
- $30-35 Hourly rate with a minimum of 32 hours per week
