We’re hiring On-Call Unarmed Security Officers that lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment. The On-Call Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that the both the team and client’s needs are met in a safe and timely fashion.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Ensuring coverage for open shifts across multiple client sites
• Observing post orders
• Proactively engaging with the clients and community members to ensure safety and security onsite
• Writing quality activities and reports
• Providing value to the team, client and public while working in a dynamic field setting

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• Experience in the security industry and related fields
• A current/valid Unarmed OR DPSST License
• A flexible schedule
• A valid Driving License with a clean and verifiable 3-year driving history
• Excellent communication, judgment, and people skills
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle competing priorities
• Tech savvy, detail oriented and organized
• A mindset focused on problem-solving and making positive impacts within the communities we serve

Schedule and Pay:

• Schedules include Day/Swing/Graveyard shifts
• On-Call Officers will be contacted to work open shifts that align with their stated availability
• Unarmed On-Call Officers: starting at $18.50/hr depending on certifications, licensure and experience
