We're hiring immediately for unarmed security guards for a state client site in Vancouver. Shifts include swing and graveyard, and weekends —flexible scheduling available. Responsibilities
- Perform foot patrols at the site.
- Address client needs with empathy and reliable service.
- Maintain professionalism in appearance, ethics, and reporting.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien (green card holder).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain Washington State DOL unarmed security guard license (we'll assist with the application process and training).
- High school diploma or equivalent; security experience preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Physical fitness for walking and driving patrols in various weather conditions, including standing for extended periods.
- Highly motivated with a track record of professionalism, genuine care, discipline, integrity, and excellence.
- Must pass a fingerprint-based background check and have a clean criminal record (no felonies).
- Willingness to complete 8 hours of DOL-required pre-assignment training (provided in-house at no cost).
