As part of our continued growth, Executive Security Services is seeking a dedicated Patrol Security Officer to join our team at our PDX location. In this essential role, you would be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
This position involves traveling to multiple job sites throughout the week, ensuring safety, security, and strong client communication at each location.
Schedule:
- Shifts: 19:00 – 07:00
- Schedule details to be reviewed during the interview
Responsibilities:
- Travel between multiple locations as scheduled
- Maintain a visible presence to deter incidents and ensure safety
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
- Complete accurate, detailed, and consistent incident and activity reports
- Conduct regular patrols at assigned job sites
- Patrol internal premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after end of operations
- Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Provide assistance to people in need
- Ensure the standards of Executive Security Services
- Perform other job duties assigned by leadership team
- Collaborate with team members and client partners
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
Qualifications:
-*MUST HAVE DPSST Unarmed Professional Certificate *
- Must Have a driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with operating a company vehicle
- Ability to enter and exit a vehicle multiple times a day
- Proficient in conflict management
- Military or law enforcement background is highly encouraged to apply
- First aid knowledge is a plus
