Job Summary
Northwest Demolition & Dismantling (NWDD) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator I to support the Central Office based in Portland, OR. This position under direct supervision, performs accounts receivable and billing functions, and includes cross-training to support other administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. This role will work closely with the Director of Administration, Controller, clients, and the NWDD corporate accounting team.

Job Summary
Northwest Demolition & Dismantling (NWDD) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator I to support the Central Office based in Portland, OR. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and send invoices to customers
- Coordinate with Project Managers and the Director of Administration to generate accurate and timely invoices in accordance with corporate policies.
- Monitor incoming payments and updating customer accounting
- Respond to customer inquiries about bills/invoices. Reconcile and explain discrepancies
- Generate reports
- Assist with organizing, scanning, and filing project documentation
- Perform general data entry and spreadsheet management
- May be asked to provide support in areas such as job costing and tracking, accounts payable, waste stream tracking
- Additional administrative tasks assigned
- Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounting support, or construction administration is preferred
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP Systems, Vista preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients, project teams, and corporate accounting staff
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
