Responsible for maintaining the talent management systems which includes assisting with technology to manage effective programs/processes for retention, performance, and succession planning.
Essential Functions
- Provide support for software applications, including Workday and Work Human
- Recommend improvements to procedures, and customer service enhancements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
- Ensure total document/data integrity
- HR technology project management
- Monitor, identify and recommend talent management efficiencies
- Assist in developing and implementing performance management tools
- Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
- Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
- Work as part of a team
- Work with on-site equipment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-6 years of experience with Workday and/or other HR system required
- 3-5 years of data analysis experience preferred
- Workday experience required
