Description
Seeking an individual to provide support with the overall operation of the substance use division. The candidate will provide a personal desire to make a difference for the individuals, staff, and the public in a supportive role. Building and maintaining solid connections. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40 wpm.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Perform secretarial and clerical tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED/high school equivalency certificate
- 1-3 years of experience is preferred
- Current/valid non-expired driver's license
- Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Pay Rate: $10/hr
