What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Northvale Commercial Finance?
We are a growing MCA brokerage established in July 2026, backed by industry experience. We are looking for motivated sales representatives, inbound file originators, and cold callers to help us increase funding volume and grow into a larger broker shop.
Our lender network includes select A and B-paper lenders, with C, D, and F-paper being our current specialty. We also work with lenders that consider merchants with prior or active defaults, multiple MCA positions, and other challenging situations.
Your main responsibility is generating interested merchants and collecting completed applications and bank statements for submission. You will work directly with the owner and a team manager while our team handles underwriting, lender submissions, offers, and closing.
This is a 100% commission-only position with no base salary.
First funded deal: 20% of brokerage commission--Second funded deal: 30%--Third funded deal and onward: 40%
We want individuals who are motivated to produce, increase their earnings through funded deals, and help build a strong brokerage from the early stages.
Salary : $55,000 - $150,000
