Northtown Chevrolet Buick GMC is under new ownership and growing fast. We are seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our winning team. In this Automotive Service Advisor role, you will serve as the vital link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience for every client. Your expertise in automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and customer communication will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Compensation & Benefits:

· $65,000 – $90,000 per year (DOE & performance)

· Performance-based pay plan (no cap on earnings)

What You’ll Do:

· Greet customers and provide a professional, transparent service experience

· Write repair orders and communicate vehicle concerns clearly

· Recommend services based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines

· Provide accurate estimates and timelines

· Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process

· Work closely with technicians and parts department to ensure efficiency

· Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

· Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive or similar role)

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Sales-minded with a focus on customer trust

· Organized and detail-oriented
