Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Yacht Broker. The Yacht Broker will be based in Portsmouth, RI and will have the flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities include managing yacht sales and brokerage transactions, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing expert advice on sales and purchases of vessels, and staying informed about the yachting and marine industry. The role requires collaboration with clients and internal team members to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with boats and yachting, as well as a strong understanding of the marine industry
- Experience in yacht brokerage or similar sales environments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently in a hybrid work environment
- Self-motivation and strong organizational skills for managing multiple transactions
- Relevant experience or certifications related to maritime or yacht sales would be a plus
- Proficiency with CRM and sales management software is an advantage
