Beverly Yacht Club is a member club located in Marion, Ma. that is a casual dining establishment. The work is fast paced and detail oriented, but the atmosphere is easy-going. Beverly Yacht Club is seeking a Lead Bartender. Previous experience bartending and overseeing staff is required.
This position is ideal for a bartender who enjoys being on the bar but is also allotted time to assist with administrative tasks (specials, ordering, inventory, POS training), supporting waitstaff (POS support, helping staff problem solve), and helping facilitate communication between management, FOH and BOH (leading pre-meal, communicating daily needs). The ideal candidate possesses skill in: communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, team work and team leadership with support. Event experience is a plus.
A typical weekly schedule would be Tuesday through Saturday from 3 pm until close, usually 10/11 pm. Additional shifts are available. This is a seasonal position, full time May through Labor Day with availability part-time in the shoulder season. The position is paid hourly only.
