As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be an essential partner to a high-performing Talent Acquisition team that supports more than 86 locations across 12 states. Your work ensures a smooth, consistent, and thoughtful hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
In this role, youll collaborate closely with Recruiters and on-site leaders to keep our hiring processes moving efficientlyfrom managing job postings and coordinating communication to supporting sourcing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate monthly recruiting invoices and gather receipts
- Schedule interviews and support logistics for candidates and hiring managers
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to recruiting processes, timelines, and candidate status
- Source qualified candidates for open roles across multiple locations nationwide
- Redirect recruiting-related calls and distribute correspondence to the appropriate team member
- Manage recruiting mailboxes, including voicemail, email, and physical mail
- Support candidate communication, including status updates and process guidance
- Assist Recruiters and hiring managers with ATS navigation and troubleshooting
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
Schedule: Full-time, non-exempt position with a hybrid work schedule based out of our Galleria office.

Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Valid drivers license
- 13 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-site environment
- Knowledge of online sourcing and recruitment methods, including internet search tools, ATS platforms, and candidate engagement tools
- Proficiency with MS Office, including strong Excel skills
