Our client is hiring for a full time, permanent HR Administrator ONSITE at their North Scottsdale office. Remote/hybrid are NOT options in this role. All work must be performed onsite.

Pay Range: $24-$26 per hour
General Description of the Role:
The HR Administrator will partner with Juggernaut’s Fractional HR leader to build out the new HR framework as the organization grows in both revenue and head count. The role will build out documentation to support new processes designed by the fractional, while also serving as an onsite resource for employees and leaders alike. The focus is equal parts compliance and employee experience.
This is a growth role within the organization, with the intention of this person receiving direct mentorship from the Fractional HR leader. There is a career path with this role.

What You’ll Do in this Role:
Documentation & Compliance:
- Support the Fractional HR leader in the build out of HR frameworks and technology, including creating documentation for new elements for ongoing use.
- Audit and maintain employee files and other key company HR documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Create, audit, and maintain safety documentation as required by applicable laws and regulations, as well as supporting the organization’s work towards ISO Certification.
Employee Experience:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leaders regarding HR matters, including benefit questions.
- Lead employee recognition initiatives alongside leadership, driving retention and engagement.
- Serve as the onsite coordinator for in-person training, supporting scheduling and logistics.
- Lead the recruiting and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Create and own the Leave of Absence process, supported by the Fractional HR leader, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR vendors, including benefits and retirement, to ensure timely action and responses as needed.
- Serve as primary point of contact for staffing agencies, including timesheet management
