Northstar Heating and Cooling Corp. is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, can run jobs independently, and works well with customers, builders, and teammates.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Lead and coordinate installations from planning through completion
- Measure, cut, and fit ductwork, piping, and related materials
- Connect systems to existing ductwork, wiring, and controls
- Start up and test systems, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain system operation
- Complete required paperwork and job documentation
- Follow all safety policies and job site procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with leadership responsibility
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation practices
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficient with hand and power tools used in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of local codes and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
Pay & Benefits
- Pay Range: $32.00 – $48.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
