Your Role as a Lead Teacher:
- Inspire Young Minds: Implement our dynamic curriculum to help children aged 6 months to 6 years grow socially, physically, and cognitively.
- Create a Magical Learning Space: Ensure a safe and engaging environment where every child can explore and thrive.
- Collaborate with Families: Build strong relationships with parents and work together to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Support Our Success: Work with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement.
- Build Connections: Foster positive relationships with families, colleagues, licensing authorities, and community partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine love for children and a desire to make a meaningful impact in their lives.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage each child's needs and documentation effectively.
- Ability to communicate openly and honestly with families, ensuring transparency and support.
- Relevant qualifications, including a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification (or willingness to obtain), CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and at least 1 year of Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
- Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and assume various postures to interact with children.
