NorthStar is offering a Full-Time Anesthesiology opportunity with true quality of life schedule, working 1 week on and two weeks off, at University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata, MD. Our physicians and CRNAs work together in a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix. NorthStar provides our teammates with a competitive compensation and benefit package along with a supportive and engaged clinical leadership team! FT Opportunity: Schedule: 7a-7p; 1 week on, 2 week off (total of 17.5 weeks per year) Now offering $100k Sign-On Bonus Total Annual Compensation: $375k Base Salary $25k Quality Bonus Case mix primarily includes: General Surgery, Ortho, GI and OB. The Town of La Plata is located in Southern Maryland about 30 miles southeast of Washington, DC, 60 miles south of Baltimore, 45 miles southwest of Annapolis, and 80 miles north of Richmond, Va.
