Role Overview
NorthStar Anesthesia is hiring a full-time Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist at Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA. CV Fellowship is not required. This is an established practice offering a highly competitive salary, generous time off, and a $100K sign-on bonus. This position offers a unique schedule of 26 weeks annually—one week on, one week off—allowing for exceptional balance and lifestyle flexibility.
Position include cardiac and general case mix. Cardiac Cases are self directed. Our physicians and CRNAs work together in a care-team model with a diverse case mix for general practice.
Cases include Cardiac, General, Orthopedics, Ophthalmologic, Pain, Plastics.
$555k base salary, $100k sign on bonus, 26 weeks of leave, extra shift pay and more.
