Role Overview
Now hiring talented Full Time CRNA's at one of our outstanding anesthesia practices located in beautiful Alexandria, Virginia, Inova Mount Vernon Hospital. Great clinical leadership, autonomy, and an excellent work environment especially for those who enjoy doing regional anesthesia. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced CRNA who enjoys doing regional blocks, and bread and butter cases, this is a career opportunity you do not want to miss! We offer the best hands-on regional training with exposure to high volume regional block cases in the Northern Virginia area.
Cases include General, Endo, GI, Gyn, Orthopedics, Major Vascular, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology, acute pain management (no chronic pain). No OB, trauma, heads, or hearts.
Our physicians and CRNAs will work together in a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix. NorthStar provides our teammates with a competitive compensation and benefit package along with supportive and engaged clinical leadership team!
No call is required. Currently looking for candidates who are interested in working longer shifts, 10's and 12's.

Base salary: $218k - $250k (based on years of experience)
Sign on bonus: $90k

About The Facility
Inova Mount Vernon Hospital is a 237-bed hospital offering patients convenience and state-of-the-art care in a community environment. Our hospital sits on 26 acres of beautifully landscaped open space, where patients can find moments of serenity in our specially designed gardens.
Inova Mount Vernon Hospital is also home to the nationally recognized Inova Joint Replacement Center and Inova Rehabilitation Center. Both are ranked among the top orthopedic and rehabilitation programs in the country. It also is the administrative and clinical home for the Inova Wound Healing Center, the region's largest and most experienced.
In addition, Inova Mount Vernon Hospital just recently opened the Veatch Family Emergency Department, a state-of-the-art facility featuring 35 all-private treatment rooms, new “fast track” rooms to treat less serious injuries, improved ambulance access, new cardiac emergency rooms and a specialized pediatric treatment area among its many amenities.
