Compensation & Benefits

  • 0–5 years experience: $210,000 $8,000 Quality Bonus, 7 weeks PTO

  • >5 years experience: $225,000 $8,000 Quality Bonus, 8 weeks PTO

  • $90K Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment)

Case Mix Includes

  • Orthopedics

  • General Surgery

  • Endoscopy

  • Urology

  • Cath Lab

  • Minor Vascular
