Role Overview
Summary of Job: Cardiac Opportunity at Corewell Dearborn! Run 26-28 ORs daily, Medical Direction. Cases include: General surgery, cardiac, neurology, endoscopy, bread and butter pediatrics, OBGYN, orthopedics, podiatry, plastics, ophthalmology, robotics, thoracic, vascular Compensation: Base salary: $500,000, Cardiac and quality metric stipends: $50,000, PTO 9 weeksFacility Description: Across Michigan, 12 Corewell Health hospitals have been recognized by U.S. News & World Report 2023-2024 Best Hospitals, including three hospitals that earned national recognition for their services. Dearborn has proudly served residents across Southeast Michigan since 1953. With 632 beds, Dearborn is a major teaching and research hospital and home to five residency programs and a cardiology fellowship in partnership with Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dearborn is verified as a Level II trauma center and accredited by the Joint Commission as a primary stroke center. The hospital is also known for clinical excellence and innovation in the fields of orthopedics, neurosciences, women’s health, heart and vascular and cancer care.
