Front Desk Receptionist / Registrar / Scheduler
NorthSound Physical Therapy has a new front office position available at our fun, family-like outpatient physical therapy clinic in Smokey Point, WA.

NorthSound Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy practice that has grown to 7 clinics since opening in 1992. We are locally owned and operated and have clinics located in North Seattle, Snohomish, Lake Stevens, Marysville, Smokey Point, Stanwood, and Oak Harbor.
We are customer-centric, and our goal is to help our patients reach their maximum potential in an environment where services are provided by our friendly, knowledgeable, widely skilled, and compassionate team members.
Responsibilities:
- Duties consist of appointment scheduling, insurance verifications, greeting and checking in patients, completing account registrations, receiving phone calls, and taking payments.
- May assist with aide duties in the back office on occasion.
- Must be pleasant, mature, prompt, reliable and able to work well with others.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills a must.
- Medical front office experience preferred.
- Position requires training.
This is a part-time position. The hourly rate offered for this position is $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule:
- Part-time
- Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday
- 7:30 AM-2:00 PM (1 hour lunch 12:00 PM-1:00 PM)
