Duties
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and speed.
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information or demonstrations when needed.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is clean and inviting.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and courteously while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
