Duties

• Greet customers warmly, providing excellent service and assistance throughout their shopping journey
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process retail sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented
• Handle customer inquiries via phone etiquette or in-person interactions with professionalism and clarity

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail/customer service is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities, are highly valued for serving diverse customer needs
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude and professional phone etiquette
• Knowledge of proper customer service practices is advantageous
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed
