Warehouse Associate

Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Commitment to workplace safety and company policies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming auto parts shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Accurately locate and retrieve automotive parts using warehouse management systems and RF scanners.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations and maintain proper organization.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and product descriptions to ensure order accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Assist with returns processing and restocking of merchandise.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.
• Support warehouse operations during peak periods and special projects as assigned.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer, retail, and commercial orders.
