European Auto Parts Wholesale Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Auto Parts Wholesale Sales Representative to develop and maintain relationships with automotive repair shops, dealerships, fleets, and commercial customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, promoting automotive parts products, and delivering exceptional customer service within an assigned territory.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Promote and sell automotive parts and related products.
• Prepare and present product information, pricing, and promotional offers.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide customers with accurate product recommendations and technical information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the automotive industry.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information.
• Participate in product training, trade shows, and customer events as required.
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive parts, aftermarket products, or wholesale distribution.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and grow customer accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
