What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to expert for customers calling about European brands like VW, Audi, BMW, Mini, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, Jaguar, and Volvo.
- Build and maintain relationships with loyal clients who depend on your expertise and fast responses.
- Quote and process orders quickly and accurately — because you know time is money in the shop world.
- Provide genuine solutions and guide customers toward the right parts.
- Stay sharp on new model releases, part changes, and OE updates across multiple European lines.
- A proven track record in European auto parts sales, whether from a dealership, wholesale distributor, or performance parts company.
- Solid understanding of OEM part systems, interchange, and cataloging tools EPC's such as Zentry, PETT, ETKA, etc.).
- Great communication and follow-up skills — you know how to take care of your accounts.
- Team-player mindset with strong attention to detail and a drive to outperform expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a major plus.
