What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) position at Northside Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center?
We are currently searching for Full time Registered Nurses to join our endoscopy center. We operate Monday – Friday, with 8-hour shifts, no weekends, nights, or holidays. We are looking for individuals interested in working in a fast-paced, friendly, teamwork atmosphere and motivated to provide quality care to our patients.
Our physicians and staff consistently score near 100% in patient satisfaction.
Major responsibilities include: preparing patients for procedures; assist physician during procedure; and provide care for patients in recovery and actively participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.
Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, demonstrate proficiency in nursing knowledge and skills, have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse, maintain basic cardiac life support certification and ACLS, and have at least two years of registered nurse experience. GI experience is a plus.
