This is a phone-heavy, relationship-driven role.
You Will Spend The Majority Of Your Day
- Speaking with patients who have already expressed interest (warm leads).
- Building trust quickly.
- Guiding them toward scheduling their consultation.
What You’ll Do
- Build rapport with prospective patients over the phone within minutes.
- Guide patients through their options and confidently move them toward booking a consultation.
- Follow up consistently with patients who are considering treatment but haven’t scheduled yet.
- Understand where each patient is in their decision-making process and communicate accordingly.
- Track conversations and outcomes using internal systems.
- Hit and exceed daily/weekly performance goals (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the team to improve conversion and patient experience.
