- Support safe care transitions, including handoffs and care plan updates.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Work 36 hours weekly in 13-hour shifts.
