- Monitor and assess patients in the recovery room to ensure safe recovery and identify complications.
- Prepare prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance and readiness of equipment and supplies.
- Consult with senior management for complex treatment plans and issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, including 1 year in a clinical specialty such as cardiac, telemetry, ED, PCU, or ICU.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- BLS (CPR) certification and ACLS within 6 months of hire.
