Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or PharmD in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience
- Washington Pharmacist License upon hire
- Board Certification from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties within two years
- Three years of pharmacy practice experience, with at least two years related experience if not completing PGY-1
- Provide collaborative patient care services
- Manage populations using disease registries and data tools
- Participate in disease and medication education to enhance therapeutic outcomes
